libapq-postgresql3.2.0 software package provides APQ Ada 95 Postgresql Binding Plugin (library), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapq-postgresql3.2.0
libapq-postgresql3.2.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapq-postgresql3.2.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapq-postgresql3.2.0 *
